FREE TRIAL - Permitted Use

The materials available through our free trial (sample lesson plans, the online training, and all Toolbox resources) should allow you to make an informed decision about whether or not you would like to pay for an annual subscription to the whole Connect package. We hope you enjoy our free resources, however please do not share or upload lesson plans and resources during your free trial as this would be a serious breach of copyright. To share resources with others, you should direct them to the Connect PSHE website to sign up for a free trial.

If you choose not to subscribe to a paid membership, you will no longer be able to access Connect and are prohibited, by law, to use any Connect resources following the final date of your free trial. Any downloaded copies should be removed from your systems.

PAID SUBSCRIBERS – Terms & Conditions

After you subscribe to Connect you will have 48 hours during which you can further investigate the curriculum and resources and decide if Connect is right for you. If you change your mind during this period, you can cancel your subscription and apply for a full refund.  Please do not share or upload lesson plans and resources during this time as this would be a serious breach of copyright. Our systems are able to track if users download a significant amount of our resources before they cancel their subscription, and any users doing so will not be eligible for a refund. After the initial 48-hour period has elapsed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you choose to cancel your subscription.

When you subscribe as a school you are responsible for accurately reporting the number of pupils currently enrolled at your school, and thereby entering the correct payment band. Connect PSHE reserves the right to immediately cancel the subscription of any school found to have fraudulently entered into a lower price band, and thereby underpaid for their subscription, and without issuing a refund. 

Connect resources are for personal and classroom use only. You are permitted to keep a back-up copy for the duration of your subscription to Connect, we would ask that you acknowledge Connect PSHE as the source of these materials. You are not permitted to share Connect resources with anyone who does not hold a current Connect subscription; instead they should download the resource directly from us with a subscription. You are not permitted to host or in any other way share our materials e.g. via any unsecured or public-facing websites without our prior written permission.

One month before your annual subscription expires, you will receive an email reminder that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you should get in touch with us through the website or via email. If you cancel your subscription to Connect PSHE, you will no longer be able to access Connect and are prohibited, by law, to use any Connect resources following the final date of your subscription. Any downloaded copies should be removed from your systems.
